EARTH CAFE IN MARRAKECH is the only place in Marrakech that decided to propose a menu based on natural ingredients. Our aim is to support local morrocan natural products and our commitment is to improve the quality of that we consume and offer to our guests.


EARTH CAFE IN MARRAKECH is directed by a Master Chef, Mr.NAIM, who has several years international experience in directing Café-Restaurants in Australia - Sydney and USA – Los Angeles. He received multiple awards and distinctions and admirable reviews in specialized magazines.
He’s culinary style is based upon creating an innovative taste mixing and cooking natural and fresh ingredients. He uses his Mediterranean background and Asian influences to design tasty menu items enhancing true flavors of each ingredient.


His talent is fully expressed in creating a unique menu proposing salads, appetizers, entrees, tapas and desserts made from seasonal ingredients and genuine mix of rustic fresh flavors and superior quality items. He proposes cooking workshops to share with his guests his culinary techniques and methods to easily adopt the “Fresh Attitude” in eating.
      

He has a strong commitment for producing delicious healthy gourmet cuisine and make his guests eat healthy in good conscience. His search for excellence focuses also in selecting ingredients, coming for a part from his own Farm—olive tree plantation located in the region of Marrakech which adopt natural ways of raising vegetables, fruits and animals and from selected local suppliers that must work with respect to sustainable farming methods.


EARTH CAFE IN MARRAKECH is located in an old Riad – typical traditional Moroccan house – in the hearth of the Medina of Marrakech, few walk away from the mystical place of Jemaa El Fna.


The Cafe is giving an authentic Moroccan traditional style combining typical furnishings and eye-catching colours. The design of the dinning and café & tea rooms is the perfect complement to the atmosphere which is infused with the spirit of colourful and creative hand made elements.


An intimate open air patio provides a perfect setting full of nice and original artefacts.


Our guests are assured to be given an ambience that matches perfectly an excellent quality service and incomparable atmosphere.

ARGANICA SHOP is located in EARTH CAFE and is a part of the philosophy featured by Mr NAIM that enhance authenticity and focuses on promoting natural resources for a better respect of nature.


ARGANICA SHOP invites you to share and explore the abundant scents, essences, oils and ingredients coming from the whole Moroccan landsides. The shop proposes all-natural products that capture the beauty and healthiness of traditional and pleasant Moroccan lifestyle.


ARGANICA SHOP strongly believes that nature is the source of beauty and offers authentic and genuine products for skin, body and hair care such as : argan oil & derived products (soaps, creams, face masks,…), ghassoul clay, essential oils, henné, & balck soap. All our natural cosmetic products are assembled and presented using environmentally friendly packaging, for some with beautiful and unique hand made design and decorations. Special packages are combined for bath, Spa and Hammam programs.


Our Shop also proposes a range of natural culinary products such as olive oil, pressed in our Farm located in the region of Marrakech, argan oil for eating, amlou (argan oil mixed with roasted almonds), and a selection of ingredients used in preparing some of EARTH CAFE’s menu items, this selection varies according to the Chef daily inspiration and seasonal products available.
