FARM PRESENTATION


The farm sits on the Haouz valley with a panoramic view of Atlas mountains. It is located 16 Km far from Marrakech on the airport way. It is a very quiet area with a fantastic sunset & sunrise views.

Our philosophy is built on the respect of the interdependency of all living things in nature and seeks to offer healthy products and high quality services to our clients. The farm includes an olive trees plantation as well as a diversified garden featuring, according to seasons, a selection of vegetables, fruits and herbs all organic. A sweet path formed by rose plants guides to the traditional presses of olive oil .
All crop fields and gardens are grown using natural farming methods which are specific to sustainable agriculture approach.
We prepare organic and vegetarian lunches, we use vegetables and herbs grown in our farm, we also select the finest products and ingredients from local farmers. People can also have herb tea with home made biscoties.

  
In order to make our guests benefit from our experience, we propose a calendar of activities including: trainings on natural methods of farming and animal growing, workshops dedicated to cooking practises with cooking demos and focuses on vegetarian cooking. In addition, a special session concerning olive oil provides information on olive fields growing, oil extraction using traditional presses and how to select oils based on taste, smell and colour.         

Other activities are available in the Farm such as: Farm tour, ballads riding horses and donkeys and hands-on experiences on how to take care on Farm’s animals: Dalmatiens, rabbits, poultry,…etc.
